2DH-4CL Portable Concrete Mixer Batching Plant 4 Yard Single Bin

The 2DH-4CL portable concrete mixer and concrete batch plant mixes 3.5 - 4 cubic yards (108 cu ft) of concrete. This mobile concrete mixer can be towed into very remote job sites where a concrete mixer truck cannot go and mix on site. Total length is 33 feet with tongue.

Our rotating drum design provides a superior finished product compared to volumetric mixer designs.

The unique swiveling concrete mixer drum conveniently pours on either side of the machine to pour into a cement pump, bucket, or other unloading device. The optional discharge chute allows for even more control, such as pouring into molds, and can be installed at a moment’s notice.

The 2DH-4CL will free you from the time, distance and schedule limitations of third-party concrete plants. With the 2DH-4CL you will be able to load and mix your own specific concrete recipe how, when, and where you want it.

The drum is measured with sand and gravel volumetrically with your loader bucket. The water meter measures exact water readings for yardage control. Cement is loaded into the drum with the optional silo chute and a silo, such as the 7SL cement silo, or directly onto the belt with the standard bag breaker and the help of an optional pallet jack.

The gasoline motors have an electric start, and have proven durable and reliable.

Desiel Motor - 10hp

The diesel motors get better fuel economy than the gasoline motor. A good choice for mines, yards and quarries where diesel fuel is more readily accessible.

Drum

The drum's innovative fin design will mix and discharge equally well in either direction. The drum can withstand years of abuse due to its rugged cap and cylinder construction and strategically placed drive bearing supports. The drum is easy to wash out. The bearings are also easy to replace due to quick mount technology.

Rotation System

The unique axle drive system turns the mixing drum automatically without the motor while in transit, just like the 2DH-S portable swivel concrete mixer. This second pressure system will save you fuel, help reduce wear and tear on the motor, and ensure long term reliability.

Swivel

The mixer drum swivels 90 degrees to the right or left, like the 2DH-S portable swivel concrete mixer, for precise and easy discharge.

This machine CAN NOT BE TRANSPORTED WHILE LOADED WITH WET OR DRY MATERIALS. It must be stationary for operation.

Digital Scale Display and Load Cells

The 2CL-5W upgrade model includes weight scales on the single hopper for more accurate measurement of sand, gravel and cement. Materials are weighed individually to achieve the correct weights of rock and sand on a per load basic as you load the hopper to your specified mix design, or the bin can be filled completely with premix gravel and sand and the bin can be unloaded easily by a (decumulation) method with the weight scales.

Auto Control 920i Computer

The Right Manufacturing Systems Programmable 920i comes programmed for user convenience. Over 40 different designs can be input for batching ease. Materials are weighed individually per batch and weighed by the decumulation method (weight is being added as material comes out of the bins to achieve the target weight of rock, sand, cement, water individually on a per load basis). This is the most reliable and accurate way of consistently batching each load of concrete.

Loading conveyor lengths can be custom made for individual application. Standard conveyor lengths will load the 2DH, 2DH-S or 2DH-3 portable mixers or truck mounted mixers. Extended conveyor lengths can be made for loading standard height truck mixers (front or rear discharge).
