1. What Volume Do You Really Need?

Are you doing patch work and small pours, or are you doing multiple batches for a pre-cast operation or onsite production? If you're batching less than 1 yard at a time, the 2DH-1 (1.25 cubic yards) might be your best fit. Need more capacity? Models like the 2DH-2 (2.25 cubic yard capacity) or the 2DH-3 (3 cubic yard capacity) can handle bigger jobs without sacrificing portability.

2. Do You Need Gas, Diesel, or Electric Power?

On-site jobs, where the machine is stationary, may benefit from electric models, but most units are powered by a 14 HP or 23.5 HP gasoline engine.  If the unit is intended for deep offgrid use it is often advisable to upgrade to a diesel engine as diesel fuel is often easier to come by in remote areas. RMS mixers can be configured and customized to fit just about any use/fuel scenario.

We offer manual, semi-automated, and fully-automated solutions.  If you're on a budget or doing just a couple loads a day the attached and detached loading chutes are great options. If you're running multiple loads a day then the 1CL loading conveyor will save wear and tear on your body, and a lot of time too.  If you are doing multiple loads, and are looking for simplicity, then a fully automated solution like the 2CL-5-2 batch plant would be a great investment. ​
